Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

How long does the entire flower preservation process take?

Our preservation process can take anywhere between 6 to 8 weeks. We strive to complete each frame in a timely manner. The moisture content and stage of life of your flowers will impact our timelines.

When should we bring in our flowers to beginning the pressing process?

We press flowers while they are at their peak! We need to receive your flowers 1 to 2 days after your wedding or special day. We get the best results with fresher flowers. It is important to keep your flowers in water to avoid wilting and browning prior to dropping them off with our team.

Flowers that are older than 5 days are difficult to press. We will require you to send us a picture of your flowers to determine next steps.

Please ensure you plan accordingly and book your spot with us a minimum of 3 days before your special day. A last minute fee will be applied for bookings after this point.

Where can I drop my flowers off?

You can drop your flowers off in one of the following regions: Toronto and Scarborough. If you require us to pick-up your flowers we charge a flat fee of $35 within the GTA.

Do you accept orders outside the GTA?

We do! We work with clients all over the GTA and sometimes beyond. Please note, clients outside of the GTA will need to drop off their bouquets and pick up their floral frames at one of our designated drop off locations: Toronto or Scarborough. We can also ship your final frame back to you for an additional fee. This will be discussed during the creative consultation.

Do you take last minute bookings?

Yes, we do! Last minute bookings will be charged a fee of $70. This applies to clients who contact us less than 3 days before their wedding or special day. This also applies to clients who contact us after their special day.

The reason we charge this fee is because last minute bookings greatly impact our production queue and can be difficult to accommodate. We will do our best to fit in all orders, but we really appreciate our clients who book ahead of time with us.

Will the colours of my flowers fade over time?

Just like how your flowers were delicate when they were first cut and assembled in a bouquet, they remain delicate after we press and design them in our frames. We recommend placing your frame out of direct sunlight and keeping it in a cool setting. Sunlight and moisture will hurt the floral design and colour over time, so please take care.
